Kathmandu, September 1 A contempt of court case has been filed at the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Sushil Koirala for halting services at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. PM Koirala, Health Minister Khagaraj Adhikary, Executive Director of Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital Prof Dr Rakesh Prasad Srivastav, Chairman of National Resident Doctors Association Dr Ram Chandra Sapkota and Dr Govinda KC have been made defendants in the case. The case was jointly filed by advocate Ananta Raj Luitel and Kedar Luitel.
