KATHMANDU: Nepal Police on Thursday decided to provide one million rupees each to the immediate kin of six police personnel who were killed during a violent clash with demonstrators in Tikapur, Kailali, on August 24. SSP Laxman Neupane, Inspectors Balram Bista and Keshav Bohara, head constables Shyam Bahadur Khadka and Janak Bahadur Negi and constable Lokendra Bahadur Chand were killed in the incident.
