KATHMANDU: A nine-year-old child was found dead with his hands and legs tied, in Tarakeshwor of Kathmandu, on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Mandip Ghimire, a permanent resident of Okharpauwa-9 in Nuwakot district, currently residing in Balaju, Tarakeshwor Municipality-12 of Kathmandu. While his hands and legs were tied, his mouth was also fastened with a tape. Police are looking into the case.
