KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress youth leader and Constituent Assembly member Gagan Thapa on Saturday appealed to all political leaders to settle the issue of provincial boundaries by forming a commission. He also said the new constitution should be promulgated without finalizing the boundaries of proposed provinces. Forty people have been killed in the ongoing agitation in the Tarai, Thapa said, adding, “All sides should now seek a solution by demonstrating maximum flexibility. Thapa said the next CA meeting should form a commission with the mandate to demarcate provincial boundaries within three months.
