PATHARI: Cadres of agitating Madhes-based political parties have torched a van at Biratchowk on Sunday. According to SP Pramod Kharel of the District Police Office, Morang, a group of 20-25 persons set the four-wheeler (Ko 1 Cha 5929) on fire at Sigraha-7. The cadres also thrashed the driver, Kharel added.
