KATHMANDU: A group of bandh enforcers torched a parked bus at Old Bus Park on Sunday, the day to promulgate the new constitution. According to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Durbarmarg, the vehicle (Ba 3 Kha 2909) was partially damaged in the arson. The incident occurred at around 12 pm, police informed.
