PHIDIM: An unidentified group of youths attempted to set fire to District Livestock Service Office at Phidim, in Panchthar, on Monday. The guard at the office put out the fire. Mogal Prasad Sah, chief of the office said no damage was incurred. The unidentified youths fled after their unsuccessful attempt. Police have tightened after the incident.
