KATHMANDU: The talks team of the United Democratic Madhesi Front and the Federal Democratic Alliance on Friday agreed to form a broader alliance to make their agitation a success. FDA talks team member Ramjanam Chaudhari said both the fronts decided to hold talks with other protesting forces in order to bring them on board a broader alliance. The talks team of the UDMF and the FDA held talks on unity for their crusade against the ‘discriminatory provisions in the new constitution.’ UDMF talks team member Manish Kumar Suman said they found FDA’s stances on the issues of election constituencies, citizenship and Madhes province acceptable. Suman said both the fronts decided to hold internal discussions before announcing their unification.
