KATHMANDU: Two students of the Naaya Aayam Multidisciplinary Institute (NAMI) participated in the National Science Day celebration held at Amrit Science Campus (Ascol), Lainchaur on September 18. The students participated as interns from Women Environment Preservation Committee (WEPCO). The programme was a science exhibition. It had participants from different firms and colleges who presented different aspects of science. WEPCO spoke about waste management practices and sold handicrafts and bags in the exhibition. The programme marked the Third National Science Day. Acknowledging the establishment day of Ascol, the Government decided to celebrate the National Science Day on that day. It helped the students acquire valuable knowledge on different aspects of science and the visitors alike.
