CHITWAN: A pedestrian died after a truck laden with goods knocked him down at the Central Bus Terminal Chowk in Bharatpur on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Nanda Ram Gurung (50) of Bharatpur-11. According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, the incident occurred when the truck (Na 4 Kha 888) heading towards Bharatpur hit him from behind this morning. Police have impounded the truck and arrested its driver for investigation.
