KATHMANDU: President Ram Baran Yadav has extended his best wishes to all Nepali people on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami on Sunday.  President Yadav would offer Dashain Tika to members of the public from 1:30 pm to 5 pm on Thursday, October 22, at his office, Sheetal Niwas. Issuing a press note on Monday, the President’s Office made the schedule public and asked those wishing to receive Tika from the President to attend the function.
