Mountaineers today accused the current office bearers of Nepal Mountaineering Association of denying membership to climbers but giving them to people from outside the industry. There are irregularities in the NMA, said climber Kazi Sherpa at a press meet. Another climber Lhakpa Ghelu Sherpa said NMA officials have been giving membership to drivers, vegetable vendors and getting them to vote in the polls.
