SAPTARI: The Saptari District Administration Office stated that the prohibited zone it has declared on the highway area in the district was still in effect. The local administration has been enforcing the 'prohibited zone' order in the highway area from 9 pm to 7 am. According to Chief District Officer Anil Thakur, the areas along the highway from the Koshi Barrage up to the Balan River, Lahan and the areas lying 500 metres towards the north and south of the road leading to Udayapur have been declared as prohibited areas.
