KATHMANDU: A man died after he was hit by a tree cut down for an under-construction cable car project at Thankot, Chandragiri Municipality-6, on the south-western outskirts of Kathmandu, Critically injured after being hit by the falling tree, 31-year-old Ashok Balami, a local, was rushed to the Bir Hospital for treatment. He, however, breathed his last on the way to the hospital, according to police.
