JAHAPA: As many as 13 armed Sashastra Seema  Bal (SSB) of India personnel were arrested by Nepal's Armed Police Force (APF) of  Kechana base camp in Jhapa district of eastern Nepal on Sunday morning. The Indian SSB personnel had entered the Nepali side crossing the no man's land from Kechana with weapons supposedly chasing some oil smugglers.
