3 held for petrol black marketing

KATHMANDU: Police on Monday said they arrested three people for their alleged involvement in black marketing of petroleum products from different parts of the Capital. A 25-year-old Devi Chaulagain of Koshipari, Kavre, currently residing in Koteshwor of Kathmandu, was arrested with 90 litres of petrol near an under-construction overhead bridge on Monday. Likewise, 53-year-old Tikarjun Uprety and 28-year-old Sunita Uprety, currently residing in KMC-10 were arrested with 52 litres of petrol on Sunday. Police said they are looking into both cases.
