JHAPA: CPN-UML senior leader Jhalanath Khanal today said the protracted Tarai unrest would be resolved within a week. Speaking at a press meet organised by Press Chautari in Jhapa’s Birtamode, UML leader Khanal, said, the agitating parties and the government had no choice but to sit for dialogue to resolve the current crisis. He said his the government led by his party was also taking steps to end the blockade at border checkpoints. Khanal asked India to not violate the rights of a land-locked country.
