ITAHARI: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that those intending to disintegrate the country and fueling ethnic conflict and regional division on the backing of external forces would have to pay for their ill intention sooner or later. Stating that the country has already ushered into a new course of action with the promulgation of the new constitution, he urged the main opposition Nepali Congress and agitating Madhes-centric parties to join the government and help enforce the constitution. The country has got one of the best constitutions in the world and it has guaranteed rights to large sections of the citizens, the Prime Minister added. PM Oli, also the CPN-UML Chair, once again called for the disgruntled Madhes-based parties to go through the historic document in depth and internalise its letter and spirit. The government is focused on upgrading postal highway, Mechikali Highway and Koshi Highway linking the eastern hilly districts with the Tarai region, he informed. The blacktopping of the Jogbani Kimathanka two-lane road will complete within next two years, he added. On the occasion, the CPN-UML Sunsari felicitated the Prime Minister.
