KATHMANDU: Ruslan Cricket organised Cricket In School workshops in different schools of the valley. Ruslan Cricket brand ambassadors, former national team head coach Pubudu Dasanayake, vice-captain Gyanendra Malla and wicketkeeper Subash Khakurel conducted the workshops in Rosebud School, The Chandbagh School and St Xavier’s School, informed Ruslan Cricket in a release. They shared their expertise on batting, bowling and fielding aspects of the sport during the half-day workshops.Malla stressed the need to focus on school-level cricket for the development of the game. A total of 250 students took part in the workshops. Ruslan Cricket wants to take this CSR project to a new level by organising similar workshops on a regular basis, which will help making cricket even more popular among the future generation, the release added.
