POKHARA: Minister for Information and Communication Technology, Sherdhan Rai, on Tuesday directed the Nepal Telecom (NT) to provide its services and facilities in a smooth and effective manner. Inspecting the office of the Nepal Telecom, Ranipauwa today, Minister Rai said that the NT must provide the general people with qualitative and effective state-of-the-art services. Stating that development of information technology has moved ahead in a speedy manner, he stressed the need of upgrading of the telephone services along with internet in the villages. On the occasion, Office Manager Anantaman Singh shed light on the issues including the services provided by the office.
