KATHMANU: A youth was arrested while forcing people to donate him 15,000 from Bhaimandal of Lalitpur on Friday. The arrestee has been identified as Sanjaya Rana Bamjan (31), a permanent resident of Shantinagar, Dhanusha-7. Police said he had printed the receipt in the name of Shiv Sena Nepal for extortion. Police said they are looking into the case.
