KATHMANDU: Police said they arrested two persons on charge of smashing windscreen of a parked car. The windscreen of the car (Ba 7 Cha 1747), owned by Manka Pyakurel of Panipokhari, parked by the road in Bhatbhateni, KMC-4, was smashed by unidentified persons today, according to police. Police said they are looking into the case.
