KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 292,000 was stolen from an unattended rented room in Dhokatol, KMC-19. Rs 100,000 in cash and various gold ornaments were stolen from the room of Kamal Shrestha, a permanent resident of Banepa-7 of Kavre district, police said on Thursday. In another case, a motorbike, Rs 55,000 cash, two jackets and various documents were stolen from Tokha Municipality-12. The two-wheeler (Ba 69 Pa 3681) and other valuables belonging to Hawa Thapa were stolen, police said. While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into both of the cases.
