RASUWA: Traffic police in Rasuwa district have intensified a crackdown on vehicles violating traffic rules. As part of the campaign, around 1,200 drivers were booked in the past five months for breaching traffic rules and around Rs 500,000 have been collected as fine, said Nawaraj Khadka, chief of the District Traffic Police Office. The drivers violating traffic rules were found to be carrying passengers on the rooftop and carrying goods, violating set rules, he said.
