CHITWAN: A 20-year-old woman was seriously injured in a bear attack in Kathar-8 of Chitwan district on Sunday afternoon. Rita Tamang had gone inside the Chitwan National Park forest area to collect fodders for her cattle when a bear attacked her, informed Chitwan District Police Office. Tamang sustained serious injuries on her face and hands and has been undergoing treatment at Bharatpur-based College Of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, informed police.
