DANG: The death toll in the road accident that took place at Saunri Khola along the Tulsipur-Ghorahi road section on Wednesday morning has reached eight. The accident took place when a school bus (Ra 1 Ka 191) en route to Tulsipur from Ghorai and the micro-bus (Ra 1 Ja 372) coming from the opposite direction collided head-on. According to the Dang District Police Chief Kuber Kadayat, the casualties reached eight with the death of Chhabilal Neupane (22) of Dubidanka of Rolpa while undergoing treatment in Kohalpur of Banke. Earlier, five among the critically injured died while being treated at Rapti Sub-regional Hospital, Ghorahi on Wednesday while two seriously injured breathed their last during treatment at the Teaching Hospital in Kohalpur.
