JUMLA: Shanker Devkota,50, a resident of Gjyangkot VDC in the district froze to death in the snow. Devkota had reportedly gone to the district headquarters on Wednesday afternoon to bring back daily supplies and returned the same evening. He however did not return home. He was found dead the next morning at a place called Dansanghu Bigare of the VDC, according to District Police Office.
