KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress called a meeting of the party's Central Working Committee for Monday morning. The meeting is expected to hold discussions on preparations for the party's 13th national general convention scheduled for March 3-6, 2016 in Kathmandu. The meeting shall begin at 9 am tomorrow at the central office in Sanepa of Lalitpur, according to party's Chief Secretary Rishikesh Tiwari.
