CHITWAN: Police on Thursday arrested 110 persons for smoking in public places. The smokers were held from various parts of the district as part of the anti-smoking campaign, which was launched to mark the World Cancer Day. First time offenders were fined Rs 100 for smoking in public places. Existing laws prohibit smoking in public places.
