KATHMANDU: A running motorcycle caught fire immediately after it had refilled petrol in Samakhusi of Kathmandu, on Thursday. The two-wheeler (Ba 52 Pa 6362) belonging to Hiralal Adhikari of Jhapa district was completely destroyed in the incident. The bike had caught the fire as soon as Adhikari left a petrol pump run by Armed Police Force in Samakhusi, KMC-3 after refilling the fuel, police said. Police said a short circuit sparked the fire. Further investigation is underway.
