KATHMANDU: Foreign delegates have started to arrive in Kathmandu to take part in the 13th general convention of the Nepali Congress (NC), the largest party of the Parliament. Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar of India, on Wednesday afternoon arrived in Kathmandu to take part in the NC gala. The Indian leader is scheduled to meet President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal among other leaders this evening. The general convention of the NC will be held on March 3-6 in Kathmandu.
