Kathmandu, August 16:
Japan has decided to extend a grant asistance of over Rs 372 million to Nepal for implementation of the project for the Construction of Primary Schools in Support of Education for All - Phase III. The grant, according to the Japanese embasssy in Nepal, would be utilised exclusively for the procurement of materials for construction purpose. Notes to this effect were signed today between Japanese ambassador to Nepal Tsutomu Hiraoka and Bhanu Prasad Acharya, secretary at Finance ministry.
