KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress Election Committee on Saturday announced winners of Central Working Committee membership election under Janajati, Dalit and Madhesi reservation categories. Aadibasi Janajati open category Chin Kaji Shrestha (947) Bahadur Singh Lama Tamang (767) Kalyan Gurung (734) Aadibasi Janajati women category Sita Gurung Ratna Sherchan Dalit open category Jeevan Pariyar (1481) Man Bahadur Bishwokarma (1402) Min Bishwokarma (1313) Dalit women category Sujata Pariyar (1519) Laxmi Pariyar (1502) Madhesi open category Ajaya Chaurasiya (1341) Mahendra Yadav (1236) Ram Krishna Yadav (1200) Madhesi women category Kiran Yadav (1336) Parvata DC Chaudhary (1130) The Election Committee is yet to announce results of total 45 vacant seats in the open category (25), women reservation category (6) and provincial representation category (14). Earlier, Farmullah Mansoor was declared winner in the Muslim reservation category. Likewise, Sher Bahadur Deuba, Shashanka Koirala and Sita Devi Yadav were declared winners in the elections for the party's president, general secretary and treasurer respectively, in the party's 13th national general conventions. All elections were held on Sunday, March 6.
