POKHARA: A severed and deformed 'half body' of newborn was discovered on the roadside near Buddha Chok of Pokhara on Tuesday. Police suspected stray dog could have devoured the newborn's body and brought to the road from some other location where it was disposed. Police said they are looking into the case.
