BHOJPUR: A woman drowned in a pond at Khanar of Sunsari on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Kurmi Sardar, 65, of Itahari sub-metropolitan, Khanar, said police. Locals had reported to the police about the incident after they saw the body floating in the pond. “Further investigation into the incident is under way,” said police.
