PHIDIM:  District Court of Panchthar has remanded five persons to custody for  swindling Ncell users by using an Ncell application. A single bench  of district judge Rajendra Kumar Shrestha remanded Meghnath Giri of  Morang, Prakash Dahal of Jhapa, Jakir Hussain and Mahataf Alam of Bara,  along with Indian national Baliullah Hussain, to custody on Monday.  Acting on investigation inputs, police had arrested the criminals from  different places over the past three months. “They were found using  Ncell app and cheating Ncell users,” said Panchthar police Chief Krishna  Prasad Koirala.
