A joint team of human right activists today visited the Dalit settlement located at Jagatpur-4 of Saptari to probe into a gang rape incident. The incident had occurred eight days ago. The team, headed by a member of the International Human Rights Monitoring Coordination Committee comprises, Som Raj Thapa, Bidhya Chapagain of INSEC, Prakash Khatiwada from Human Rights, HUSEC secretary Dinesh Kumar Yadav.
