BHOJPUR: A house was gutted in a fire in Chainpur of Sankhuwasabha district in the wee hours of Monday. Police informed that the fire that started at around 3:30 am destroyed the two-storey house of local Bir Bahadur Shrestha and a shed of his neighbour. Property worth around Rs 1 million was gutted in the fire, police said. The fire was brought under control at around 5 am with joint efforts of locals and a team of police deployed from the Area Police Office, Chainpur.
