POKHARA: CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel said that there should be consensus among all the political parties for the implementation of constitution. Speaking at a press conference in Pokhara on Tuesday, Pokharel said that his party was always in favour of consensus. Saying the incumbent government was formed amid problems, Pokharel claimed that the government was moving ahead sorting out such problems. The UML leader pointed out the need for a national consensus government for the effective implementation of constitution.
