KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 341,000 was stolen from an unattended house in Kupandol of Lalitpur on Thursday. The unidentified thieves targeted the house of Sahila Maharjan in Kupandol, LSMC-10, and made off with Rs 20,000 cash and gold jewellery. In another case, property worth Rs 114,000 was stolen from an under-construction school building in Madhyapur Thimi of Bhaktapur on Thursday. There were nine CPUs among the goods stolen from the Glide Stone Academy, police said. While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into both cases.
