PHIDIM: At least  five persons were injured after a truck met with an accident at Aektin  VDC in Panchthar on Thursday. The injured have been identified as  Shankar Katwal, Dilli Ram Baniya of Subhang VDC, Tika Ram Gurung and Hom  Bahadur Budhathoki of Bharapa, and truck driver Raju Tiwari of  Thechumbu, Taplejung. Of the injured, Shankar and  Dilli Ram are said to be critical condition. District Hospital,  Panchthar has referred the critically injured to BNC Hospital for  further treatment while others are receiving treatment in the  district hospital. Police said that the accident occurred when the  truck fell 50 meters  below the road.
