KATHMANDU: Police on Monday arrested two persons in possession of 3.5 kg Buddha Chitta prayers beads. The suspects have been identified as Kamal Tamang (26) and Dhawa Lama (29) of Palughat, Mache-4 in Kavre. A Police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Sector Singha Dubar, intercepted a bike (BA 39 PA 4800), the duo were riding, at Maitighar and confiscated the holy Buddhist prayer beads concealed inside the two-wheeler. Police said that they are looking into the case.
