Over 200 houses inundated after heavy rainfall in Morang

MORANG:
Over 200 houses in Madhumalla of Morang district have been inundated due to heavy rainfall on Tuesday. It has been learned that more than 200 houses of five wards of Madhumalla have been inundated after the flood water from the Bakraha River gushed into the settlements this morning. Nepal Police personnel rescued Bhumika Karki, Shree Bahadur Karki and Muna Khadka of Madhumalla-5 who were stranded due to flood and shifted to a safer place. After the water entered into the human settlements, locals were left panic stricken and forced to flee to safer places.
