UDMF continues House boycott

Lawmakers of the protesting United Democratic Madhesi Parties (UDMF) obstruct the Parliament meeting demanding that the House proceedings should not move ahead until their demands meet in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015. KATHMANDU: Expressing dissatisfaction over some provisions of the Constitution, lawmakers of the protesting United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) boycott the House meeting today as well. Soon after the Parliament meeting commenced, lawmakers of the parties associated with the UDMF stood up from their respective seats in protest. Following the protest, Speaking Onsari Gharti Magar provided time to lawmaker Dil Bahadur Nepal of Front. Speaking at the meeting, Nepal said that they would not accept the Constitution at any cost as it has seized the rights of Madhesi people.
