Madhesi Front to stand against Oli in no-confidence vote

KATHMANDU: The agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) on Wednesday decided that lawmakers of its constituents would vote against the incumbent KP Sharma Oli-led government when a no-confidence motion would be put to vote at the Parliament. Tarai Madhes Sadbhawana Party leader Ram Naresh Ray told THT Online that they lawmakers would vote against the Oli government as it was never responsible toward the nation and its people. It has been learned that Nepali Congress and CPN Maoist Centre are planing to file the no-confidence motion today itself if PM Oli did not resign by then. The Oli government has already lost lost the majority support at the Parliament as the Maoist party , which has 82 members in the Parliament, decided to withdraw the support extended to the government yesterday.
