DAMAULI: A youth has been arrested in possession of a huge cache of controlled pharmaceutical drugs from Abukhaireni of Tanahun district on Wednesday. The areestee has been identified as Dhan Bahadur Kumal (37) of Jigorokha Dhuwakot in the district, currently residing at a rented room in Abukhaireni Municipality -6. Acting on a tip-off, police raided his rented room and discovered the cache of the drugs worth Rs 800,000 as per the current market rate. Police have filed a drug case against Kumal under the Narcotic Drugs Control Act, 1976.
