KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress and CPN Maoist Centre, which have registered a no-confidence motion against the government, on Thursday warned the incumbent government against taking any significant decision with long-term effects as it had already been transformed into a caretaker one. The two parties issued a joint press statement a day after they registered the no-trust motion at the Parliament and argued that the caretaker government could not take any significant decision except running day-to-day administration. The parties have reiterated that the government had already been turned into a minority government after the major coalition partner - CPN Maoist Centre - pulled out of the government on Tuesday. Chief secretaries of the NC and CPN MC central offices, Krishna Prasad Paudel and Prahlad Budhathoki have signed the statement. READ ALSO:
