Lalitpur, September 23:
The Under-17 players of ANFA Academy are going to New Delhi on Saturday to take part in the Subroto Mukerjee Cup Football Tournament, which has been organised by Subroto Mukerjee Education Foundation under the auspices of Indian Air Force from September 14.
The Nepali team will play four matches — against Manipur on September 26, Goa on September 28, Jharkhand on September 29 and Haryana on September 30 — in the league round. In all, eight teams, also including clubs from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, are taking part in the event. ANFA president Ganesh Thapa bade farewell to the players.
