KATHMANDU: An elderly woman was found dead at Gokarneshwar Municipality-11 near the Shivapuri National Park, on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu Valley, on Saturday. According to police, the deceased could not be identified but she appeared to be in her mid-80s.
