KATHMANDU: The main opposition party CPN-UML has expressed its concerns over what it said the new coalition government's indifference towards holding local, provincial and federal elections, dubbing it a conspiracy to create political and constitutional vacuum in the country. A Standing Committee meeting of the party held at its central office in Dhumbarahi decided to draw the government's attention towards the election schedule that the erstwhile KP Sharma Oli-led government had prepared. In the meeting, the party's Chairman KP Sharma Oli vowed to mobilise the CPN-UML to maintain national unity, implementation of the Constitution and strenghtening the party's organisation, according to CPN-UML's Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai. The Standing Committee finalised agendas for tomorrow's meeting which will resume at 11 am tomorrow.
